Locate a convenient measuring container that you can verify the volume in cubic inches, or milliliters, or fluid ounces.  Pour your coffee into the container strike off the excess on the top, and weight the contents.  Dividing the weight by the volume will give a weigth per volume number which can be input into the formula.

Below.  The numbers across the top (in the row starting with "NONE") are the Versalab delivery bushing numbers.  Below them are the average delivery (in Grams) given that bushing with the associated coffee indicated on the left.  Remember that these are averages.  In the "NONE" column for instance, the variation might run from a gram for the NOVO Abeba, down to .2 gram for the Trieste.
