Laura, using the M3 grinder is nothing short of a pleasure. I most frequently use a light roasted high acid blend that can be quite finicky. Since using the grinder I've noticed that even faster shots still have a nice mellow taste. In the past these shots would have been sink shots. Not so with this grinder. In fact, since adjusting the grinder for my roast, I have not thrown one shot away. It is clear this grinder is superior to others out there, both by visually observing the shots as well as in the taste. Moreover, it is superior in its user friendliness. It is darn simple to use and very quiet. I've noticed that since getting the grinder, my wife no longer makes French press, but only brews espresso. She has commented several times about how much she likes the grinder and how easy it is to use. It is simply a joy to use!
P.S. I *love* the way the M3 grinder distributes the grinds into the PF. I doubt anything else comes close. It's made me quite lazy in my dosing technique.

I'm *very* pleased with the grinder. . . . I've never had a grinder like it - It does a fabulous job of grinding evenly. Not to mention the fact that I'm currently producing the best espresso I've ever made because of it.

Yes I'm definitely happy with my M3. I believe there's no other grinder that has less residual grounds, except hand-crank mills maybe. It's quite easy to use even for my wife, who has never made espresso before. Certainly I would recommend it . . .

I love the grinder. What I like the most is the uniformity of the particle size and distribution. I haven't had an overextracted shot since I started using the grinder. I usually run it for a few seconds before and after each shot, because occasionally some small amount of old grinds do fall out.
